Please join us on Sunday, March 26th for another body-shaking, mind-melting, heart-opening Walter Yoga experience!
Your Yoga guides are Deby Leader and Marney Henze of Buddha Bella Healing Center. Experience an ALL levels yoga class infused with more than just movement. Deby and Marney will guide you through an immersive experience infused with movement, kriya, breath work, meditation and sound, as we honor the change of seasons and welcome spring!
We are excited to welcome DJ Bedi, with his signature deep house musical style. He'll be providing the soundtrack for the journey.
Class begins at 10 AM and ends at 11:30 AM. Check-in begins at 9 AM. Don't forget your Yoga mat! *Due to spacing and photography purposes, large bags and jackets will need to be checked at our bag and coat check at registration. Small clutch bags or fanny packs up to 4.5 x 6.5 inches will be allowed into Studio A, however, personal belongings including footwear will need to be placed around the peripheral of the room.
Be sure to wander about our Sunday Vibe Vendor Market from 9 AM to 1 PM, full of amazing local vendors.
Walter Yoga started in May 2014 at the historic Walter Studios on Roosevelt & 7th Avenue. Now newly renovated, Walter Studios boasts a new restaurant, where Sunday Brunch will be served from 10 AM-4 PM. Float on in after Yoga for some delicious food and thirst-quenching drinks.
Come as you are, and soak up the fantastic energy, because at Walter Yoga we specialize in having a good time.
